Free Youth Ministry Ideas

4 September 2007 One Comment

I wanted to say that there are plenty more youth ministry ideas on the way this new school year.

Currently, I’m doing volunteer youth ministry work at a local church while working full-time at an insurance agency. After my last full-time youth ministry experience, I realized that I needed a break (from the full-time stuff). It is my hope and desire to rediscover that pure joy of serving youth without all the politics that come with being full-time. So far it has been great!

My goal, please don’t hold me to it now that I’m a volunteer;) is to continue posting ideas on a weekly basis. I would like to focus on getting more lessons on here, so if you have some lessons that you would like to share with others, please email me with it and I can get it posted on here.

Also, since I started this blog last October, I have steadily increased in visitors and I wanted to thank a few other sites for the traffic:

www.timschmoyer.com

http://rethinkingyouth.blogspot.com

http://www.ymexchange.com

Just yesterday I hit an all time daily high of 316 visitors which has surprised me because if that happened every day it would be 9,480 visitors a month!

Thanks for visiting, spreading the word, and most importantly the ministry you have to students! Youth ministry is the best thing that I have ever done!

Come back each week, or sign up to receive the updates by email (currently 31 of you).

In the words of Napoleon Dynamite, “Peace Out”.

I really thank God for the work that you’re doing and the assistance you’re giving to rookies like me.

Thank You and God Bless You!
