Youth Ministry Websites – What do you use them for?

18 October 2007 No Comment

I was thinking about youth ministry websites and was wondering how many youth pastors use them and what they primarily use them for.

I think that most would say that they use them for sharing information and pictures.

What I want to know, however, is are they being used for other things such as:

  • Interaction
  • Information Collecting
  • Evangelism
  • Downloading
  • Getting to know your students

There is a some services such as Youth Glue, which I wrote about HERE, that offer some great stuff like that.

So now it’s your turn. What do you use and why? What purpose/s is your website accomplishing in your ministry?

Maybe even some are using blogs like this one for their youth ministry. Give me some feedback that would be helpful for other youth workers out there. I’m curious to see what’s happening.
