YMNEWS.com Doesn’t Respond
Below is a screen shot of YMNEWS.COM in their Channel section. You will notice that the last post I have was back in February of this year and I can’t get ahold of them. I have sent numerous emails regarding to getting my feed back up and running in their list but to no avail. YMNEWS.com is an offshoot of YouthPastor.com

If anyone knows how to “get back in” I would love to hear about it, but as for now I’m not in the YMNEWS circle of trust.

Dear Mr. YouthPastor.com Dude,
You put together such a great service with your YMNEWS.com feeds and I read them all day long. There is however once piece of the YMNEWS that is no longer being covered and with out it I just can’t seem to do youth ministry any more because all of the most brilliant ideas that I have ever heard of in my life ever is no longer on there. All I ever see on there any more is Tim Schmoyer and Gman anyways.
It’s no wonder that your traffic is down 200% without his feed being updated on there. I beg you unless you want me to resign my position as youth leader in my church, that you would put my favorite feed back on there! I desire a more fair balanced YMNEWS!

Yeah, I thought that I would try to use some humor to maybe get through to them.
Does anyone actually use YMNews anyway? I’ve never heard of anyone who does. It’s just an RSS reader.

Sorry for not getting back sooner… I get “lots” of spam and automated scripts are hitting the server with bogus responses. I have been slowly becoming more responsive to requests, but haven’t seen any regarding this blog. I will search all archived messages and privately let you know what I find.
The reason why this blog was not active was because the RSS feed had changed and there wasn’t any “301 redirect” to forward requests for the missing feed to the new feed. I manually updated it now and the latest feeds are coming in. Unfortunately the RSS feed only has the last 5-10 posts. If you could provide me with a temporary file that has the missing posts, I can manually add them. (I’m not sure if there is an option to do this, if not an export would work too.)
Sorry. If you do need to contact me, the above contact information that Gman posted is correct and I’m available immediately via Skype throughout the day (sorry, I can’t always take unscheduled phone calls.)

No problem… and I fully understand. I know I’m a little behind and am doing what I can to catch up. (I’m currently putting in 12+ hour work days and trying to work around it.)
