This past month I recently quit my job to become self-employed and now because of my pockets of free time, I will attempt something I have never accomplished yet in blogging: “A Schedule”.

I know, for most youth leaders this is a dreaded word, maybe even a curse word, but I thought that I would give it a shot and if I don’t make it, I guess you can laugh or comment me or whatever.

Here’s what you can look forward to beginning next Monday September 8th:

Ministry Helper Mondays: I will share some sort of tip or resource to help you in your youth ministry. I could be something from a wise youth leader or just something cool to help your programming. I also thought about calling around the USA to different youth leaders to hear about what they got going on.

Talk Tuesdays: Unless you want to pay for lessons, there just isn’t a whole lot of message/talks out there for free. Don’t get me wrong, you can find them, but what I’m going to do is get a lesson on powerpoint along with some type of outline for you to use, edit, or do whateverr with.

Win it Wednesdays: Hey, we do this all the time with our youth, but now it’s your turn. Awhile back many of you remember the win money if you see a smiley face on a post, but now it will change into a prize of some sort every Wednesday. Example: gift certificate to your favorite restaurant, itunes, pay pal or whatever I can find, just don’t want to ship anything. I’d rather call up a place in your area and have something ready for you and paid for you to pick up verses shipping something.

Team Building Thursdays: This will be some things you can do together to build your youth ministry team of paid and volunteer people. I will try to be creative as possible. Maybe some things you’ll never get to do but would be great if you did. Other things will be very practical.

Funny Fridays: Jokes, Videos, Funny youth ministry stories.

Besides these things, there will still be some random posts that will be about the various different categories that I have. Also want to mention that if you are interested in sharing your youth ministry idea, the best way to do so is to REGISTER on this blog and then begin writing something up. I will take a look and then post it if I think it’s ready.
