The site is called: MyMedQuote.net and you will see my post about it show up in Google for “Health Insurance for pastors”.

I wanted to say thanks for using it and taking a look at health insurance quotes. The site can quote individuals, families, and groups. It also can give quotes for short term, student plans, and dental!

If you ever need to look into Christian Health Insurance quotes for you and or your family, I want you to think about my site.

Companies bid for placement on the site so that’s how I get paid on it versus actually doing the health insurance plans because I would have to be licensed in every state in order to do applications. I wanted to share that I did already have a couple of people become interested. I also spoke personally with a youth pastor in Virginia.

The way that we can set this up is through a health reimbursement arrangement or H.R.A. Basically it’s a way for churches and christian organizations to set the amount that they are willing to spend on health insurance, then the employee makes up the difference. It’s also tax deductible for the church or christian organization.

I know that this can be a great tool for churches as most find it hard to provide health insurance for employees because premiums are so high. However, this is a great way for them to do something and it helps out great workers like youth pastors and other staff.
